USER DATA DELETION POLICY
Deeptechnology SAS, through its DeepDo business line, guarantees all users the right to request complete deletion of their personal data from our systems. Below we explain the process, timelines, and scope of this right.
1. Right to deletion
Any user who has interacted with a DeepDo AI employee through WhatsApp has the right to request deletion of their personal data, in compliance with:
- Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia.
- Decree 1377 of 2013.
- Meta Platform Terms and Policies for the WhatsApp Business API.
2. What data is deleted
- Phone number and name associated with the user.
- Conversation history stored in our systems.
- Types of requests and tasks recorded in the system.
- Any additional contact data voluntarily provided.
- Internal interaction records linked to the user.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Records required by Colombian legal or tax obligations may be retained for the period required by law; the user will be informed which data cannot be deleted and why.
3. How to request deletion

4. Step-by-step deletion process
- Receipt and registration of the request.
- Identity verification (validation of the number or another reasonable means).
- Assessment of legal exceptions.
- Execution of deletion in internal systems and request to providers.
- Confirmation to the user through the same channel.
5. Timelines
In exceptional cases the timeline may be extended up to 30 calendar days, with notice of the reason.

6. Consequences of deletion
- It will not be possible to recover previous conversation history.
- If you wish to use the service again, you will start from scratch as a new user.
- Tasks or ongoing processes may be interrupted.
7. Automatic deletion due to inactivity
Data from users with no interactions in the last 24 months will be automatically deleted from our systems, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
