TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service provider identification

Deeptechnology SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in Colombia, NIT 901.831.337-0, with its registered address at Cra 7C BIS # 139-18 oficina 503, is the company that owns DeepDo, a business line offering specialized artificial intelligence employees for different operational processes, available through WhatsApp.

2. Description of the service

DeepDo, a business line of Deeptechnology SAS, offers specialized artificial intelligence employees for different processes that allow users to:

• Send tasks and requests to specialized AI employees (support, customer service, commercial management, among others).
• Receive responses, results, and follow-up on tasks executed by the AI employee.
• Automate operational processes with AI employees that perform concrete steps and deliver results.
• Escalate to a human representative when the request requires it.

The service operates primarily through artificial intelligence technology and may be supplemented with human support when required.

3. Acceptance of the terms

By interacting with a DeepDo AI employee through WhatsApp, the user declares that they:

• Have read and accepted these terms.
• Have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
• Are at least 18 years of age or have authorization from their legal representative.
• Provide information that is truthful and up to date.

4. Appropriate use of the service

The user agrees to use the service only for the tasks and interactions proper to the contracted AI employee, and not to:

• Send offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal messages.
• Attempt to deceive, manipulate, or impersonate another person.
• Use the channel for other purposes (spam, unsolicited advertising).
• Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Share false or fraudulent information.

Deeptechnology SAS reserves the right to suspend access to the DeepDo service for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. Service limitations

IMPORTANT NOTICE: DeepDo is a platform of AI employees designed to automate operational work. The information and results provided are for support purposes. Critical business decisions must be validated by a human representative of the company that contracts the service. Deeptechnology SAS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of DeepDo. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control (including WhatsApp/Meta service interruptions).

6. Liability

Deeptechnology SAS shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made based exclusively on AI employee results, without validation by a human representative of the contracting company.
• Damages resulting from improper use.
• Interruptions caused by third parties (Meta, carriers, force majeure).
• Loss of data or conversations due to causes beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content generated by DeepDo AI employees (text, responses, operational information) is the property of Deeptechnology SAS or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Commercial communications

By accepting these terms, the user agrees to receive communications related to initiated tasks (confirmations, results, follow-up). To receive marketing or promotional communications, separate express consent will be requested.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if that is not possible, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.

10. Modifications

Deeptechnology SAS may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published at www.deepdo.ai and take effect upon publication. Continued use of DeepDo implies acceptance of the current terms.
