At DeepDo, a business line of Deeptechnology SAS, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information from users who interact with DeepDo artificial intelligence employees through WhatsApp.
1. Data controller
Deeptechnology SAS, a company legally incorporated in Colombia, identified with NIT 901.831.337-0, with its registered address at Cra 7C BIS # 139-18 oficina 503, is responsible for processing personal data collected through DeepDo, its business line of specialized artificial intelligence employees. 2. Information we collect
Note: Sensitive data (financial, identity documents, health) is not collected through this channel.

3. How we use the information
- Execute operational tasks assigned to the corresponding AI employee (support, customer service, commercial management, among others).
- Improve the performance and accuracy of DeepDo artificial intelligence employees.
- Personalize the user experience according to the request type and assigned AI employee.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations in Colombia.
It is not used for third-party advertising nor shared with external parties for their own commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Data subject consent (by starting the conversation you accept this policy).
- Compliance with legal obligations under Law 1581 of 2012.
5. Sharing data with third parties
Only to operate the service:
- Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp Business API provider).
- AI employee provider (under confidentiality and data processing agreements).
- Colombian authorities (when required by law or court order).
Data is not sold, rented, or commercially traded.
6. Storage and security
Secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; technical and organizational measures. Retention: 24 months from the last interaction, unless earlier deletion is requested or retention is required by law.
7. Data subject rights
Under Law 1581 of 2012: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them: soporte@deepdo.ai. Response within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Cookies and tracking technologies
DeepDo operates through WhatsApp; it does not use its own cookies on that channel. Interactions are governed by Meta Platforms Inc. policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be published at www.deepdo.ai. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the updated version.
